With its own in-house manufacturing perforated liner and insulating capabilities, PLASCAD MFG. INC. can produce double wall spiral pipe and fittings with a much quicker turnaround time. Our double wall spiral and fittings are produced clean and dry without residue found on other manufactured spiral, making it safer and easier for installers to handle. Being competitive is what it is all about these days. Being able to manufacture all our own products in-house, we can pass the savings on to our customers, giving them the advantage they need. Our perforated liner is manufactured in-line on our spiral pipe machine, using regular galvanized strip coil, saving the cost of purchasing actual perforated coil from a service centre. The perforated spiral is set to a 23% opening, which is the requirement for double wall systems, whether it be for thermal or acoustic.
